The first round of SingOut 10 was held in our school last Saturday, 20th of March! The commitee members came early to help out! Must eat full full then got strength to work! Hohohoo preparing the competition room, it's gonna start soon! Contestants start coming in for their sound check! Contestants are seated, ready for the competition to begin! The hosts, Cordelia and Zhuming arrive and the competition starts! Our panel of Judges The rules of the competition goes like this: Once the contestants sing, the timer will start, and each of the judges will press a bell and when all 3 bells are pressed, the timer will stop! The top 5 contestants with the longest timings will move on to the next round! Futhermore, the Judges will pick 3 other contestants to progress to the next round. Oh wells, they didn't win but they did their best and most importantly we're proud of them! :D Competition was too strong, really. Bunch of us who went down to support! 8 Random facts about SingOut: We have a facebook events page! ---> Click! Finalists get to be coached by Music Story's principal, Anthony Png! There will be no revival round this season. Finalists get to sign up for special preparation courses which is usually cheaper than the normal courses! For the first time in history, SingOut 10 will not be having any auditions, we would proceed to the quarter finals instead! If you combine all the hosts of the previous seasons, there would be 10 hosts in total! The finals for both SingOut 08 and 09 were held at DBS auditorium. The logo was designed by me! (hehehehe) There will be NO AUDITIONS this year! The first round of competition which is the Quarter Finals, will start on 20th March, every Saturday, until 24th April!
